Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to selected international destinations.
- International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Elie the Hallway Cat's Merch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

Damages
- If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
